My first order arrived quickly, but on arrival the box was open it appeared to me there was no tape covering the ends of the box - luckily the matts were inside. I then placed another order for the same items which took a while to arrive, after mailing them they then advised there were some issues and will be sent - sure enough it arrived days later....yet again the box was open both ends same as the first order and the box was empty luckily my wife signed for the parcel forced the courier to take phhotos of the parcel. On contacting HSD they then arranged for a replacement delivery which arrived...again the ends of the package were open again - now either there is a packing issue at HSD or DHL....I have to be honest I think the issue is with DHL after having a similar issue with another seller. So thanks to HSD for sorting my issue, but stop using DHL!.
