Ordered 2 chair covers which were illustrated in catalogue and online with matching armrest covers. They arrived minus armrest covers so Wife tried to phone Enquiry Line, on line 20 mins @ 13p but nobody answered phone. I Complained via Resolver and received reply that arm covers were no longer available but no adjustment to price to reflect this. Tried to phone Enquiry Line to request reduction or a discounted seat cover so Wife could make own arm covers but after 1 HOUR on phone gave up in disgust. This is a dis-ingenious company, if you can't trust catalogue and online adverts then why buy from them ? .
