The design, ordering process online was simple, the delivery quick, I love the email to say it was on it's way that contained a picture of the tested product. The signed looked great. Tested by electrician great, then on installation didn't work. An e mail to ask what may be wrong was replied to by a call wothin the hour. Lee was fantastic, had total faith in his product and talked us through what maybe wrong. What was wrong was our electrician he had wired it to instal incorrectly, soon reolved and looking fantastic. Great product, excellent service.
