Ordered on LED house sign for a new build. Expensive but worth it. Contacted the company when the lights stopped working after 1year. They sent out a test kit and then subsequently a new strip of LED's and full repair kit with instructions. Turned out to be a faulty wiring connector (not a sign fault) but the customer service and care was far greater than you expect from companies these days. You can certainly tell its a family run business. Would not hesitate to recommend. Product great too.
