I am writing this letter to express my disappointment regarding the services provided by your company. On 24/07/23 - 27/07/23 , I availed of your services and was dissatisfied with the results. Despite my repeated attempts to contact your team to resolve this ongoing issue, I was unable to receive any satisfactory response from your customer service department. I was left feeling ignored and frustrated by the lack of attention to my complaints.As a valued customer,(and my 10 lovely friends who joined me) I expect a higher level of service and attention to my concerns. I would appreciate it if you could address this matter and take appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.I look forward to your prompt resolution of this issue.
