Overall great experience with hortology- quick processing of my orders, next day shipping for plants, protective packaging for plants and pots, and responded quickly to my questions.
However, plant sizes often are 5-15cm off the listed size whether bigger or smaller so it’s hard to know what you’re getting. The size in height also includes the pot so it was much smaller than expected.
