I bought a Haworthia Big Band from Hortology. It was so well packed that when it arrived there was no possibility of there being any damage. The plant itself was in beautiful condition. I also bought a really nice pot to go with it which was equally well packed. I can't fault this company. If you contact them about something they will get back to you very quickly, and are very helpful and courteous.
