After the chain of my 60.th birthday present broke I contacted Honey Willow for a quote for a replacement. They were very prompt in their reply, even highlighting that it might be worth returning the whole necklace as I would have issues replacing the chain. They were quite right. They advised suitable ways of posted and the whole issue was sorted in less than 1 week. Fabulous customer service and I now have my favourite necklace back. Thank you so much. Xx
