I ordered a 3 birthstone men’s ring for my dad for his birthday and I received it in plenty of time and the product is very well made. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five was because the finish on the website image was more of a brushed silver versus what we received was definitely very shiny. Also, I had written with a request to have an engraving done on the inside, and possibly replacing the October stone, which was a pink stone, with opal, which is the preferred stone for October. No response was given as to whether they could do any of these requests, and it was just created and shipped to me. Again, the ring is beautiful, and my father was extremely happy with it, but stronger communication about special requests would be greatly appreciated.
