This was a gift for a friend who absolutely loved her necklace. The service from the staff was great as I had to call them to ask for a gift message to be sent with the gift. The gift arrived earlier than the expected time which was no problem, better early than late. The website showing the products was easy to use and lots of pictures to give you confidence in what you wanted to purchase. I would happily use honey Willow again
