Firstly Naomi was amazing all the way from start to finish from a customer service perspective & because I purchased the 3 snagging pack, I have more good work to look forward to in the future!
Gareth performed the survey and report & also discussed the results with me after & gave suggestions on the builders next steps. Very helpful as part of the follow up convo. Will be useful having him back round in order to check over for a second time.
