Lee was absolutely fantastic and explained the service very clearly. We are so pleased with his detailed report and have been able to get lots of issues with our new built rectified largely due to Lee’s hard work. I would definitely recommend HomeSnag to anyone buying a new build. It turned out we did not have insulation in several areas of our wall cavity and would not have known otherwise. A friendly and professional service, two very happy customers.
