Daniel visited us at the start of January. He was proactive in communicating with us, letting us know when he was going to arrive and what to expect from the snagging survey. He was very thorough and pointed out the more major points, explaining the relevance. The report came through promptly in the following 2 days which we are working through with the developer. Daniel was fantastic and I would recommend HomeSnag to other people buying a new build.
