We purchased this as we were having major issues with Avant Homes. Although we had been in the home 18 months, we felt we needed a snag report as they had become very difficult to deal with and what they were saying was not correct. The person who attended from HomeSnag was very thorough, and I would say it is worth every penny for what you get for your money, the advice and the report. I had shortlisted about 5 companies who do a similar sort of thing, but when I called up the office to discuss the lady advised me other avenues and routes of success and spent around half an hour with me, it was then I advised them to commence as they seemed very customer focussed.
