Initial service all good although price went up significantly after site visit by installer found our own measurements to be out by a few millimetres. Nice showroom, very neat initial installation. HOWEVER - 6 months after installation when weather warmed up we started having issues closing our back door and it took months of chasing to arrange a technician to visit. Can only speak to sales dept "who are not responsible for maintenance/repair" and those who are responsible either "one holiday" or "unavailable". Someone due to visit in two weeks so hope we don't get burgled in the mean time...
