Excellent customer service! The sale of my property was delayed due to a water burst causing damage to ceiling. As I do not live in the area it would have been difficult to arrange repair. However Dawn arranged for contractors to attend to obtain quotes for the work and to ultimately have the work done. She kept me updated with developments and virtually managed the problem on my behalf which I feel was excellent customer service.
