Incredibly disappointed with my experience of Home Done. My order was due a month ago, but am yet to receive it. The courier says they never got it, and I've called 6 (six!) times and emailed 5 (five!) times only to be fobbed off with excuse after excuse. I have requested my money back several times as I don't believe I will ever get my item, but they point blank refuse.
Unfortunately, I work in the industry and know how fly-by-night middlemen and drop ship vendors operate. I regret ever dealing with them and would urge anyone else to shop elsewhere.....
