Comms kept up to date, bed frame arrived later than originally expected on checkout, but understand this is likely down to challenges with deliveries this time of year.
A little disappointed in quality of mattress ordered and bed frame doesn’t appear sturdy enough to stand test of time for the price paid. Plus side, replied to my queries on delivery timeframes
