I contacted you regarding delivery and was told the item was on special order. Retrospectively, I looked on your website and my receipt, but couldn’t find any mention of this, so I rang again. This time, I was told the item had arrived and would be dispatched immediately. An email arrived with a wrong name and non linked tracked number. But the item arrived in the end. The ear buds, however are defective and are being returned at present.
