Product bought at the best price on the market but delivery was 72 hours late. Excuse was stock exhaustion as a result of Black Friday - which I’m guessing they knew was coming. Needed the headphones by a deadline which was subsequently missed. Refund requested when told of this and informed this would take 3 weeks to action. Disappointing that I didn’t get what I wanted when I wanted it but understand this can happen. It was the rather throwaway attitude to the missed delivery deadline with little or no recognition of the fact that I may have been inconvenienced that was mildly frustrating.
