I recently purchased a pair of KEF Ci160 in-wall speakers from them. The price was excellent and the transaction on the website was flawless. However, the most impressive aspects of this company are the showroom and the staff. I went to collect the product from them and was very pleased with the staff members who dealt with me; knowledgeable, enthusiastic and well mannered. I was also given a tour of the demo rooms and some useful information about the brands they stocked.
