Quick and efficient order and delivery process. And what a beautiful border. However all 3 ordered turned up damaged.. Probably that of the couriers fault, but all the same, i am now in battle with the supplier to have them replaced or refunded.. They are more concerned with getting their compensation from royal mail rather than keeping myself as the customer happy. They have given me no faith in returning the goods and receiving my replacement or refund, and haven't even sent me a returns address even though i have requested one several times. On top, they are expecting me to pay delivery once again. I have never been treated so poorly or been so dissatisfied with customer service ever, and at 45 years of age, i have had plenty experience.
