We received a clear and detailed survey report on the flat we bought. When subsequently a problem occurred (which could not have been found in the initial survey) Matthew came round, inspected it, and produced an excellent report which led to our being able to claim from the NHBC. Professional, friendly service, over and above what we expected! We would highly recommend the company.
