I first approached Home Approved Ltd in March 2023 to enquire about a survey of my 1930s house. I contacted them again in December 2023 and went ahead with the RICS Level 3 Survey - at the original price quoted in March. Two weeks later, I received a comprehensive illustrated report with estimated repair costs. The drone photography of the roof was a surprise. I would recommend their service which was friendly, prompt, efficient and reasonably priced.
