We arranged a level 3 building survey with Home Approved after being recommended by my brother. Despite being told their first availability was 2 weeks away, they had a cancellation and so were able to carry out the survey much sooner. We then received the report 2 working days later which was really impressive. The report is written in a way that’s very easy to interpret - so would definitely recommend their services!
