Extremely straight-forward process from start to finish. Jill responded to our initial query with an estimate very promptly, and it was useful to be able to see the format and level of detail in the sample report before deciding to go ahead. Once booked, the survey was carried out within a fortnight and the report was emailed within 48 hours. The report was very clear and gave levels of priority and indicative remedial costs for each issue, which proved invaluable in negotiating a drop in price for our purchase. I would definitely recommend this service.
