I received a rude email on the day my balance was due. Detailed below, with no further reply. To whom it may concern, Please consider the tone of your emails. My payment was not overdue, and there had been no previous correspondence. Your emails are your only customer interface, reading below I found your dealings to be rude and disrespectful. If your company were a high street store and someone had spoken to me like that I would have walked out. I have paid my balance, due today.
