Don’t think this is a genuine item! I have used this product for 5 years, thought I’d found a bargain but certainly to good to be true! Packaging is different, product itself is different and my eyes are sensitive to it! No response from email at all, no help, can’t even access love chat now! Packaged great and cute little chocs but massively disappointed and won’t use again! The lack of customer service after spending £27 on a mascara is shocking!!!
