I was pleased when I found the cream I wanted at Hogies and paid extra to have it delivered the next day as I was away after that. Hogies sent it out to DPD unfortunately DPD could not get the parcel to me on the specified day so I had to have it delivered to the local post office.
I paid extra to have a next day delivery and I did not actually receive my parcel until I came back from my holidays.
I think Hogies held up their end of the deal but DPD did not. I did contact Hogies but did not receive a reply therefore I am only giving the a 4.
