First time using this company and the service provided could not be worse, my parcel was stolen in transit, It took them 25 days to resolve my issue,they always had an excuse “DPD filed the wrong case” “DPD is not answering” they sent me a replacement even when I asked for a refund, because I no longer needed the items as they were a birthday gift, I returned them, now they a refuse to refund me for this. I literally had to chase them for an update, I was told a claim was opened, they probably got their money back from their claim but refuse to refund me, a bit disrespectful for a “family Bussines” , their answer after all this was: please file a claim with Paypal.
