Eye tests are thoroughly explained, and genuinely fun, given the super helpful staff that explain all the tests in detail in layman's terms for the optically uninitiated. Same day, and within the hour delivery of new frame with custom lenses serving the focal power needs. Got there at 9am, eye test completed at 930am, brand new frame with prescription lenses in my hand at 10am. Excellent!
