I arrived in London at midnight this past Friday only to discover that my suitcase where I had foolishly placed 2 pair of prescription glasses had not arrived with me. I emailed Hodd Barnes & Dickens from their website and received a polite auto-reply saying an associate would be contacting me. I expected no contact until Monday, but Sunday evening, I received a personal email and was given a 9 am appointment today with Maya. She was professional, empathetic to my situation, very knowledgable and helpful. Because Ioday is my final day in London, I was not able to get multifocal nor polarzed sunglasses, but the glasses I ordered will serve to get me by until my suitcase is found or until I return to London for 3-4 days and can have Hodd Barnes & Dickens send my new frames in and get the lenses I really want to have. I am very pleased with the service and products I received today and highly recommend this company.
