Shewing National increase/ decrease of property/values - prices. But it's very rough. We all want to see how our County is faring. for example there's no price of most of Cornwall, and around TR18/TR19 etc property is very hot indeed whereas parts of Devon may be less so, and parts even 'hotter' than the less popular areas of Cornwall. Pages are beautifully laid out, clearly written, easy to understand. It's good that it's fact & statistically based - not just a lot of 'expert' (subjective) opinions.
