We had a horrendous experience. We found this business online while searching for gift ideas, and decided to make a purchase. We started building the gift using their online platform. One of the steps is to select the birth year of the person, which is displayed on the front cover of the book. I selected the proper year (1955). At the end, and after customizing every detail, we placed the order. Only AFTER placing the order do you receive a preview. The preview showed the year on the front cover had been changed to 1995- clearly a bug. We called immediately, but the office is closed because they are on England time (a great way to serve US customers, huh). Then, we submitted a support ticket. We received a reply to this ticket the next day which basically said, "sorry we are already processing the order and cant make changes now." We called and finally got someone on the line, who rudely reiterated that they cant do anything about it, and just so obviously didn't care that this gift was ruined BECAUSE of their dysfunctional website. After requesting to speak to a leader or someone who might apply a tiny bit of brain power to the problem, we were utterly ignored for two days and it shipped. The gift shipped to the right person with the wrong birthday. If you are considering a purchase go to one of their competitors- these folks don't deserve another penny of revenue.
