Good customer service, reply quickly to queries. I did, however, have one bad experience. I had asked for my first order last November to be delivered after a particular date as there was nobody home before then. Hippychicks agreed to hold the order until then. Unfortunately, it was sent almost straight away, arrived several days too early and my daughter found a large parcel with a Trybike on her doorstep when she returned late in the evening. The delivery company Yodel had left it outside the front door in full view from the road, easy for anyone to take.
