This would have been a ' very good ', had I not had to call and establish the whereabouts of my purchase. Full marks for the courteous, apologetic and efficient customer service person who checked immediately and ascertained that it had not been despatched due to a computer issue. He at once offered next day delivery and my purchase arrived as promised. I understand that tech issues can and do happen, but perhaps it would make sense to alert customers to any anticipated delays because of this. That said, the hip seat is a first class product and I am delighted with it.
