the cotsize bumper was sent out to me when i had ordered a single size on the website. When i called to speak with a customer service agent I spoke to a lady who was unsympathetic to my travel plans as i was leaving in 48 hours and had already paid expedited delivery. She was not open to covering the cost of my postage so that i could exchange the item. She also told me that the single bumper was in stock which i found was incorrect as it is actually out of stock. I now have to return the cot bumper at my own expense and didn't have the correct size for my holiday.
