I made a mistake ordering something my Daughter had already purchased for our 1 year old Granddaughter. One quick phone call to Hippychick was all it took for me to cancel 1 part of the order and change another part. I'm sure it was not as easy to recall the items from the warehouse as they had already been packed ready for shipment. But it was not too much trouble for the lady I spoke to and she was lovely to talk to and was very understanding. I will use Hippychick again and the delivery was super fast.
