I was very happy with the skip hire delivery and pick up, but was unexpectedly charged for 2 mattresses place in the skip. I was not informed about this when booked via a telephone call, and received no confirmatory email as they suggested. Hintons suggested I should know that mattresses are an extra cost, but this information is not easily found on their website. Hintons suggested I should have asked whether mattresses cost extra, but I was disposing of many household items. They did not suggest I list them all. Maybe other items also incur a charge. Hintons should update their website so that information is clear.
