We placed our order shortly before lockdown which meant a delay of several months. However, Michael kept us informed of the current situation throughout, we were completely satisfied that the bed would be delivered at the earliest possible date in light of the lockdown. The bed was delivered very promptly once lockdown was lifted, by two very courteous delivery men. We are absolutely delighted with the service we recieved and with the product we purchased. Michael has been in touch since delivery to make sure we were completely satisfied, couldn't fault any aspect of our purchase experience.
