The Hideaway Bed works a treat and solved the issues of a tiny spare room becoming more than its dimensions. This bed means I get two functioning rooms from one. The customer support I experienced was great! All communication was answered promptly and efficiently. It was refreshing to have a person-to-person service. I highly recommend them.
