All very good so far. I ordered two wine bottle coasters. The first ones to arrive were a little small for what I wanted, so I ordered the larger ones and they are beautiful- great quality. I am now waiting for my refund from Hersey for the first coasters which I have returned. Hope this arrives in my bank account fairly soon.
