I ordered a silver golf ball marker recently and unfortunately forgot the person who the gift was for has married initials! As soon as I realised I phoned Hersey and asked if an alteration could be made. The person I spoke to could not have been more helpful and said they would organise the amendment to my original instruction and a few days later the marker arrived with corrected initials, lovely quality, super gift. Thank you very much for excellent service.
