I ordered a mixture of several whole birds, spatchcock, burgers and thigh portions. The package arrived on my day of choice, very well insulated and protected. Everything's in the freezer now available for whenever we're ready to eat it. I know from previous experience that the quality of the meat is very high, and represents excellent value for a premium product.
