So sorry for the late reply....family things going on. I must say we were so delighted with our turkey crown. We were kept informed of its delivery and arrived well packaged on the day required. Also had a pack of fresh herbs which I was very pleased with. We followed instructions and the turkey was delicious. We purposely ordered a slightly bigger bird and we were able to have a fantastic soup plus a turkey pie, both of which the recipes were supplied. Excellent. Thank you.
