Rooster was delivered to us exactly as anticipated and packaging was excellent (and easy to dispose of).
The bird was cooked as suggested by Herb Fed. The advised cooking time produced meat which was tender and juicy. The meat seemed a little coarse in texture and did not have a distinctive flavor but was enjoyed by all. Now enjoying it as a curry!
