I purchased a turkey roll of breast and brown meat, which cost over £56. It cooked beautifully and was tasty and moist. However, for the price there wasn't as much meat as I'd hoped for in the 1.6kg. There was a lot of skin and gristle meaning we probably got around 1kg of usable meat. So a little disappointed in the turkey roll. However, I often buy the Herb Fed chickens and have had a whole turkey in previous years and would give these 5 stars as they are lovely.
