The experience was spoiled by having to spend nearly two hours pulling out the remains of feathers with a pair of tweezers. I was a returning customer having purchased a rooster last Christmas. I will not be returning next year unless there is some assurance things have changed. It is a waste of your time spending the effort on taste when the experience is ruined before reaching the stage of tasting the product.
