Extremely disappointed. I thought I was buying a special cockerel which would be superior to the capons and Turkeys of previous years but I found it quite bland despite very carefully preparing it and cooking it. At the end of my Christmas dinner I felt so deflated and flat. I might as well have purchased a large chicken from my local butcher.
