I appreciated that you kept me informed after I made the order and the bird arrived promptly, it was the size stipulated and it was kept cold. It was a nice tasting bird when cooked. However, the bird was badly plucked which spoilt it for me, it took a considerable time to pluck it and I didn’t get them all out, so none of the skin was eaten, which is usually a favourite part in our family! If it was just a few I wouldn’t have mentioned it but it was definitely the worst plucked bird I’ve ever had. I’m sorry because I would really have liked to have written an excellent review!review.
